This page is maintained by Cart Recover to explain when refunds are available for plugin licenses.

1. Overview

We want you to be happy with Cart Recover. If the plugin does not work as described for your store, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

2. Eligibility

Refunds are available when:

  • You purchased a license within the last 14 days.
  • The plugin does not function as described on a standard WordPress + WooCommerce installation.
  • You have contacted support and we were unable to resolve the issue.

3. Non-refundable cases

Refunds are not available when:

  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase.
  • The issue is caused by a third-party plugin, theme, or custom code not part of Cart Recover.
  • You changed your mind after successfully downloading and using the plugin.
  • You are requesting a refund for a renewal after the renewal period has started.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@cartrecover.co with your order details and a brief description of the issue. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

5. License deactivation

When a refund is issued, the corresponding license is deactivated and you must remove the plugin from the sites it was used on.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.
