This page is maintained by Cart Recover to describe the rules and license terms that apply to using the plugin and this website.
1. Agreement to terms
By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Cart Recover (the "plugin"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the plugin or the website.
2. License
Cart Recover is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (GPLv2+), consistent with WordPress licensing. You receive a license to use the plugin on the number of sites covered by your purchase. Licenses are not transferable between accounts unless part of an authorized upgrade.
3. Purchases and payments
Plugin licenses are sold as one-time payments. Prices are listed on the Pricing page and may change over time. All payments are processed through our payment provider; we do not store your full payment card details.
4. Updates and support
Each paid license includes one year of plugin updates and priority support. After the first year, you may continue using the plugin indefinitely, but updates and support require an active license renewal.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Cart Recover only in compliance with applicable laws and the policies of the platforms you integrate with (including WhatsApp, email providers, SMS gateways, and web push services). You may not use the plugin to send spam, harvest data without consent, or abuse any messaging channel.
6. Intellectual property
The Cart Recover name, logo, and branding are owned by Cart Recover. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the plugin or its materials. GPL-licensed code remains subject to the GPL.
7. Limitation of liability
Cart Recover is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the plugin.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the plugin after changes means you accept the revised terms.
